SOL 1205 Styrene – Butadiene Copolymer
Europrene SOL 1205 Is a solution styrene-butadlene partial block copolymer, polymerized using an alkyl lithium catalyst at the Grangemouth production facility in Scotland, UK. A non-staining antioxidant is added during the production process.
Key Features:
Europrene SOL 1205 exhibits a narrow molecular weight distribution and a very low insolubles content making it particularly suitable for adhesives applications. Bales are friable and easy to break up and disperse.
Main Applications:
Calendered and extruded articles, cables, sheeting, flooring, carpet underlay, adhesives, bitumen modification, HIPS.
Physical Form:
Water white to cream coloured bales wrapped in easily dispersible polyethylene film.
Packaging:
Goodpack MB5 crate: total weight 990 kg; 33 kg bale, 30 bales per crate (1465 x 1150 x H1098 mm). Wooden crate: total weight 990 kg; 33 kg bale, 30 bales per crate (1495 x 1150 x H1030 mm).
Storage Conditions :
Store in vented, dry area at temperatures between 20°C and 30°C; no direct sunlight.
Shelf life: 12 months minimum
